How shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation?
“The rush for gold is as intense as in the Gold Rush of 1849. People today are easily conned into thinking a million dollar windfall could solve everything. But riches can easily slip through the fingers…. God’s children possess an inheritance worth more than all the gold on earth. Salvation provides peace of mind, friendship with our Creator, membership in the family of God, the freedom to live a holy life, and ultimate triumph over death… We must be careful and attentive to stay firmly anchored to our “High Priest, Counselor, Guide, and Helper who understands our humanity and can give us the power to live victoriously now. What a priceless inheritance.”
