God was prepared for this transition; He had been fashioning a new leader in a servant’s roll- Joshua. God’s choice was confirmed by Joshua’s response. Moses’ death created the potential for enormous chaos for the Israelites. The journey from Egypt to the Promised Land was incomplete….
